This guide shows you how to enroll your Windows 10 or 11 device into company management using Office Heroes’ secure setup powered by Microsoft Entra ID and Intune. No technical knowledge required.
By signing in with your work email during setup, your computer will automatically register with Intune and apply security policies, apps, and configurations needed for work.
What You Need #
- A new or reset Windows 10/11 PC
- Your Office Heroes work email and password
- Internet access
- Approximately 10 minutes
Step-by-Step Instructions #
1. Power On and Start Setup #
Turn on your Windows PC. On the welcome screen, begin setup by choosing your language, keyboard, and region.
2. Set Up for Work or School #
When asked how you want to set up the device, choose:
“Set up for work or school”
This ensures your device is managed by Office Heroes.
3. Enter Your Work Email #
Type in your company email address (e.g., jane@yourcompany.com).
You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page.
4. Sign In and Authenticate #
Enter your Office Heroes password.
You may be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), such as entering a code from your phone.
This step automatically:
- Joins your PC to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Enrolls the device into Intune
- Begins applying security policies and apps
5. Finalize Setup #
You may be asked to:
- Create a device sign-in PIN
- Wait while the device says “Setting up your device for work”
- Restart automatically or complete additional updates
After this process, Office Heroes’ system will apply the required protections and apps.
Completion #
Once setup is finished:
- Your PC is now enrolled in Intune
- Office Heroes policies and software have been applied
- You are ready to securely access work tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and internal systems
