# Request a Website Filtering Change

If a website you need is blocked, or a site appears to be allowed when it should not be, submit a support request so Office Heroes can review the filtering issue. The filtering service does not currently provide a client-facing dashboard for viewing activity or changing filtering rules.

## How to Request a Review

You can submit a request through the [Office Heroes support portal](https://portal.office-heroes.com/). The portal URL is unchanged; sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account. You can also use the support-request form in the desktop system tray and attach a screenshot.

Include the website address, the affected device or user, what you were trying to do, and any relevant error message. A screenshot is optional. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information in a screenshot.

## What Happens Next

Office Heroes will review the request and determine whether a filtering change is appropriate for your organization’s policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a site will be allowed or blocked.

If you cannot access the support portal or desktop form, contact [clientcare@office-heroes.com](mailto:clientcare@office-heroes.com).

For an urgent security concern, use your organization’s established incident-reporting process.
